The screen shows old or incorrect content
This usually happens when you have made changes in Fyresign, but the screen continues to show the previous content.
- Check that the screen is connected to the internet. Go to the screen overview in Fyresign and confirm the screen shows online. If the screen appears as offline, see Connectivity and network guide
- Confirm that the correct playlist is assigned to the screen. Go to Screens, select the screen, and check what is published.
- Force a refresh: Go to Screens in Fyresign and click restart.

4. Check that the player is connected to power and that all cables are firmly seated.
5. Restart the player by pressing on/off of by unpugging it from power for 10 seconds, then press on/off or plugg the power back in.
6. Log in to Fyresign and confirm that the screen is online.
