Last updated

Fyresign offers a wide variety of slides for you to use. Navigate further to learn more about each slide. Whether you're managing simple images or complex integrations, our system supports it. If you can't find what you're looking for, the Fyresign Team is available to help you find a solution that will help you reach your goals.

Tips:

  • Give the slide a name that makes sense to you.
  • The duration sets the amount of time this slide will be displayed on the screen.
  • If you are creating content for a vertical screen, adjust the preview resolution by using the '1920x1080' button at the top of the page.

Using 'Schedule', you can specify the times when the slide should be active in the assigned playlist, and on the screen.

  • The first section with start and end times is the period during the day when this slide is active.
  • You can also select which weekdays the slide will be active on.
  • The last section of start and end times is the period the schedule will be active.

Remember to click the 'Active' button before saving.

A clock symbol will be displayed at the beginning of the slide name to indicate that a schedule is active.

Brand colors, logo, and font

In Fyresign, you can upload you brand's logo, colors, and fonts so they're always available when you create content for your screens. This makes it easier to maintain a consistent look across all your communication, and ensures the content always matches your organization's visual identity.

Scheduling

Scheduling lets you decide when a slide or playlist appears on screen. Choose time of day, weekdays, and a date range with a start and end date.

What is a Playlist?

Playlists let you control what content plays on your screens. You build a playlist by adding slides to it, then connect it to one or more screens.

Layouts

A layout controls how your content appears on screen. It defines the structure - where your playlist is displayed, and whether you want to add other elements around it.

What is a Slide?

A slide is a single unit of content in Fyresign - think of it as one page in a presentation. You decide how long it stays on screen before the next slide takes over.

Conditions

With conditions, you control whether a slide or playlist should be displayed based on the weather. For example, you can show one slide when it's raining and another when the temperature is above 20 degrees. Content updates automatically based on the values you set.

Fleet management

Do you have screens across multiple locations, or simply a lot of screens to keep track of? With fleet management, you can update all your screens form one place - without logging in to each department/team individually. You decide what to show, where and when.
