Our initial objective was to strengthen internal communications by introducing digital screens throughout the facility. However, we quickly recognized the need for additional screens in strategic locations, including control rooms, to ensure that important information reached everyone.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is a key focus area and a permanent agenda in all company meetings. The digital signage solution has become an important communication channel, helping us reinforce HSE awareness through visual content, safety messages, and operational updates.
Our experience with Fyresign has been very positive. Enquirers are handled promptly, and our feedback and improvement suggestions are taken seriously. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, allowing multiple users across the organisation to publish relevant content to designated screens within their own areas of responsibility.
The solution enable us to communicate effectively with all employees, regardless of whether they work daytime schedules, night shifts, or weekends. In selected control rooms, we also display area-specific production data to local operations. More recently, we implemented a new production system across the facility and have successfully used the screens to support employees training and onboarding.
