With roots dating back to 1904, Heidenreich is Norway's most experienced plumbling wholesaler. Today, the company combines more than a century of industry expertise with fast-paced modern commerce - powered by over 300 employees across locations from Kristiansand in the south to Alta in the north. In such an environment, effective and targeted communication is essential.

With many locations and a high level of activity, Heidenreich quickly encountered challenges with traditional communication channels. Emails were lost in crowded inboxes, and notice boards became outdated in no time. The need for a new and more effective approach became clear. The solution had to be easy to use, flexible in practice, and powerful enough to support both customer and internal communication.

To ensure a clear flow of information across departments and geographic locations, Heidenreich implemented Fyresign. Through this all-in-one solution, Fyresign provided Heidenreich with a modern and intuitive tool for clear and relevant communication. Today as many as 34 information screens are managed both centrally and locally through the platform. In a busy retail environment, it's east for posters and notices to blend into the surroundings. With digital infromation screens, however, Heidenreich has gained a channel that's always on - naturally drawing attention where it's needed. At Sluppen in Trondheim, we were fortunate to visit Heidenreich. Their modern premises span 4,000 sqare meters, giving us a clear insight into how the screens are integrated into the store and how they create value for both employees and customers through clear, up-to-date, and easily accessible information.

Today, the screens are an active part of the daily store life, used to communicate everything from opening hours, promotions, activities, and product news to supplier visit information. At the same time, they serve as a dynamic and engaging information surface that reflects daily life in the store. More informal content is also shared, such as social media posts, weather updates, and VGTV-clips - and if there's been an exciting match the night before, it's not uncommon for football results to appear on the screen as well.
