When the global launch of the Volvo EX60 went live in Sweden, all nine Nardo Bil stores were ready at the exact same moment. The main broadcast filled each store's primary display, while the remaining screens was seamlessly synchronized through Fyresign. No manual start. No local coordination. Just one perfectly timed launch, bringing customers together across all locations in a single, shared moment.
Nardo Bil Group consist of fourteen dealerships from Rørvik to Ålesund. With over 400 employees, they represent brands such as Volvo, Polestar, Land Rover, Zeekr, Xpeng and Lotus. Digital screens have long been an integral part of the in-store experience at Nardo Bil - and the launch of the new Volvo EX60 created the perfect opportunity to use them in a more impactful and strategic way.
The main launch was shown in the store's primary screen or display. The other screens, controlled through Fyresign, displayed supporting content that reinforced the message in the room. To create a unified experience, everything had to launch simultaneously across all nine Volvo dealerships.

Ready before the doors opened
All supporting content was produced and scheduled in advance in Fyresign. Videos and messages were fleet-managed and time-scheduled to a spesific moment, ensuring everything was ready before the event started. When the main broadcast began, the content automatically rolled out on all supporting screens. No manual start, no phone calls between stores, and no doubt that the correct content was playing. Employees could foucs fully on customers, confident that the screens were doing their job.
"With nine Volvo dealerships, it was crucial for us to fleet-manage and time-schedule content so that the supporting screens started simultaneously everywhere," says Marit Lie, Marketing Coordinatior at Nardo Bil Gruppen.
Part of the experience
The main screen became the focal point, while the surronding screens reinforced the message and framed the launch within a cohesive visual experience. When everything is synchronized, it feels seamless and when everything is pre-planned, it feels professional.
"Fyresign made it easy to coordinate the screens across the dealerships, creating a unified expression during the event. The screens became an active part of the overall experience", Lie explains.
As a serious and forward-thinking automative group, Nardo Bil is comitted to maximizing its resources, including its Fyresign information screens. Today, the screens are used strategically as an integrated part of the salesforce. They do more than display information: they elevate messaging, enhance the customer experience, and support sales in a clear and effective way.
A scalable way of working
The experience from the launch demonstrates that scheduling and centralized fleet management create value far beyond major events. When content is planned and controlled centrally, it becomes easy to coordinate campaigns, price updates, and messaging across multiple locations.
With Fyresign, Nardo Bil can:
- Publish content simultaneously across all dealerships
- Reduce manual workload
- Maintain full control of messaging
- Deliver a clear, more consistent customer experience
Fyresign isn't about making things complicated. It's about making it simpler, more predictable and above all, about creating customer experiences that truly stands out.
