LETT opened its first restaurant in 2014. The chain has since expanded to sixteen locations, yet one element of the concept has remained constant: fresh, green, and sustainable dishes are at its core, and the menu is central to how that story is communicated to guests.
As the business has grown, so has the challenge of keeping product information and content consistent across every location. New products and seasonal dishes must be introduced, prices adjusted, and campaigns communicated. Across sixteen restaurants, even a minor change could become a costly, time-consuming process.
A Costly and Time-Consuming Process
Previously, each restaurant’s menu consisted of five to eight printed posters. The format was clean and consistent, but every update required manual handling.
Updating the menu meant producing new posters and distributing them to each location. Outdated posters could only be replaced once the new material had arrived.
“The process was slow, costly, and made it difficult to ensure that every location had the same up-to-date information at the same time,” says Ane Nordskar, Chief Operating Officer at Ocko.
From Printed Posters to a Single Digital Solution

To bring greater flexibility to in-restaurant communication, LETT transitioned to digital screens, enabling content to be updated and distributed digitally rather than through printed materials.
Fyresign made this possible, by combining easy administration with centralized control, letting LETT manage every location from one place.
“What set Fyresign apart was how easy it was to administer, while still allowing us to update every restaurant from one place. It gave us the flexibility to make changes quickly, without factoring in printing, logistics, or manual replacement,” says Nordskar.

Content That Keeps Pace with the Business
With digital screens, communication is no longer bound to printed materials. Campaigns can be launched at the right moment, seasonal products can be highlighted, and recommendations can be integrated directly into the customer experience.
“It is much easier to showcase our products, our content is more varied, and it is simpler to reference specific items in connection with recommendations,” says Nordskar.
Digital signage gives LETT a more dynamic and adaptable way to present its products, while ensuring content remains relevant throughout the year.
NOK 150,000 Saved Annually
The transition to digital signage has also delivered a measurable financial benefit. LETT estimates that the solution generates savings of at least NOK 150,000 (Norwegian kroner) per year.
“We have not carried out a detailed calculation, but we know that we have significantly reduced both costs and time spent. We no longer need to print and distribute large volumes of posters each year, and we save considerable number of working hours previously spent on manual replacement in-store. My estimate is a saving of at least NOK 150,000 annually,” says Nordskar.
The financial savings are matched by a clear environmental benefit.
“The regular menu updates alone accounted for between 75 and 120 posters annually, in addition to campaign material. The shift to digital screens has therefore significantly reduced our paper consumption and made our operations more sustainable,” says Nordskar.
Built for Growth
With digital signage from Fyresign, LETT now manages its content far more flexibly. Changes can be made centrally and rolled out across every location within minutes - giving the business smoother daily operations and greater control as it continues to grow.
