Managing your profile

Your profile is where you manage your personal account settings in Fyresign. Here you can update your password, change the display language, set up two-factor authentication, and delete your account. Navigate to your profile by clicking your name in the bottom-left corner and selecting profile.

How to Change Your Password

  1. Navigate to your name at the bottom of the left menu.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Enter your new password.
  4. Click Save user to confirm.

Enable 2FA

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Fyresign account. Once enabled, you'll need both your password and a one-time code from an authenticator app to log in.

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left corner and select Profile.
  2. Click Enable two-factor authentication.
  3. Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code to add your Fyresign account.
  4. Enter the code from your authenticator app in Fyresign and click Validate.
  5. Log out and back in again to confirm that 2FA is working correctly.

Disable 2FA

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left corner and select Profile.
  2. Click Manage two-factor authentication.
  3. Enter the code from your authenticator app.
  4. Click Disable two-factor authentication.

After disabling, we recommend also removing the Fyresign account from your authenticator app to keep it tidy.

Change your display language

Fyresign is available in English and Norwegian.

Change language
  1. Click your name in the bottom-left corner and select Profile.
  2. Go to Language.
  3. Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu.

Delete your account

Delete account
  1. Click your name in the bottom-left corner and select Profile.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Confirm by clicking Delete account
