Display PowerPoint presentations seamlessly on your screens!
To show a PowerPoint on screen, you first need to create a slide and upload your presentation. Then, assign it to a playlist.
How to create a slide:
- Go to “Slides” in the menu on the left
- Click “Create slide” in the top right corner
- Scroll down to “Office” and select “PowerPoint”
- Upload your PowerPoint file under “Content”
- If you want to adjust colors, image scaling, etc., you can do this under “Design”
- Save the slide
How to display a PowerPoint on screen:
- Go to “Playlists” in the menu on the left
- Select an existing playlist under Created playlists, or click “Create playlist” in the top right corner to make a new one
- Drag the slide from “Slides” to “Active slides”
- Save the playlist to display your presentation on screen
Design
Choose how your PowerPoint presentation should be adapted and displayed.
Add a background color if the document doesn’t cover the entire screen. Choose a font and add elements to your text. Adjust text color, background color, or font size. You can also fine-tune the text position and toggle text shadow on or off.
When you’re done, remember to save the slide.
Tips:
- Polish and finalize your presentation before uploading it.
- If you update the document regularly, you can simply edit the existing slide and upload a new version instead of creating a new one each time.
